Position: Assistant Property Manager Intern
Location: Menifee CA
Type: Internship (with potential for future full-time employment)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of residential properties
Coordinate and schedule property showings
Help process rental applications and screen potential tenants
Support lease renewals and move-out management
Communicate with tenants to address maintenance requests and inquiries
Maintain property records and ensure accurate documentation
Assist with marketing efforts for available properties
Participate in property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus but not required
