Seeking experience Maintenance Technician for an Apartment community this is a full time position
As a Maintenance technician you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of our facilities, and performing repairs as needed. Asist on maintenance request and complete make readies /turnovers
Duties may included ( but are not limited to)
Painting of units, plumbing, electrical, patching walls, landscaping,
Inspect grounds and common areas
