Job Title: Resident Property Manager
Location: Riverside, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Resident Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 130+ unit apartment complex in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience and a high school diploma.
Key Responsibilities:
Show prospective tenants available apartment units and provide detailed information.
Prepare and execute lease agreements for new tenants.
Conduct background checks and screen potential tenants.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants and prospects.
Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
Manage and coordinate the maintenance team for repairs and upkeep of the property.
Oversee accounting tasks related to rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Perform move-in and move-out inspections and reports.
Update and prepare vacant units for new tenants as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Valid CA Driver's License
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Appfolio property management software preferred
Ability to manage a team and work independently.
