Job Overview: The Sales Account Executive will spearhead client acquisition and relationship management in the Riverside San Bernardino market. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales expertise and market knowledge to drive revenue growth and establish Automated Controls, Inc. as a trusted partner in building automation solutions. The assigned territory will include Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
o Identify and engage prospective clients in the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
o Develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs.
2. Pipeline Development:
o Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
3. Market Expansion:
o Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and target new market opportunities.
o Represent Automated Controls, Inc. at industry events and networking opportunities.
4. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
o Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends.
5. Sales Goals:
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Provide regular updates on sales performance and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in building automation, HVAC, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Riverside/San Bernardino markets and its key players.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel within the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties as needed.
Experience with Delta Controls and/or Siemens Building Technologies is a plus.

Competitive base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year plus commission, based on experience.
