We are currently looking for a highly skilled Closing Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in finalizing tax-related sales and agreements.
Position Overview:
The Closing Sales Specialist is responsible for the final stages of the sales process, ensuring the successful closure of tax-related transactions and agreements. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to secure deals, address client concerns, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Finalize Transactions: Lead the finalization of tax-related sales transactions, including negotiating terms, preparing documentation, and securing client agreements.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the closing phase, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to final agreement.
Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to clients.
Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or disputes that arise during the closing process, working to find solutions that satisfy both the client and the company.
Coordination: Ensure all aspects of the transaction are handled efficiently and accurately.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of closing activities and provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in sales, or a related field with a focus on closing transactions.
Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes.
Skills: Bilingual, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Education: High School Diploma
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
