Position: Director of Sales and Marketing - 3PL Fulfillment
Pay: $25/hour (depending on experience) + High Commission
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 hours/day

We are a growing 3PL fulfillment company specializing in logistics, warehousing, and distribution solutions for eCommerce brands, retailers, and businesses of all sizes. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and streamlined operations for our clients.
We are looking for a seasoned sales and marketing professional who has an existing network of leads and client relationships in industries that require 3PL services. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and ready to deliver immediate results by securing 4–5 new customers per month.
Job Description:
This is a high-impact role where you will:
Leverage Existing Leads: Utilize your pre-existing network to quickly secure new clients.
Develop Marketing Strategies: Implement targeted campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Close Deals: Convert prospects into clients and build long-term relationships.
Achieve Targets: Secure a minimum of 4–5 new clients monthly.
Stay Strategic: Identify and target industries or businesses that would benefit from 3PL services.
Collaborate with Operations: Ensure client expectations align with service capabilities for smooth onboarding.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in logistics, 3PL, or related industries.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Existing Network: Strong pre-existing relationships or leads in industries requiring 3PL services.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to strategize and think critically about business growth opportunities.
Proficient in CRM tools, marketing platforms, and sales automation software.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $25 /hour based on experience.
High Commission: One-time commission for each new client, structured as follows:
Clients generating <$5,000/month: $500 commission.
Clients generating $5,000–$15,000/month: $1,000 commission.
Clients generating >$15,000/month: $1,500 commission.
Commission is paid upon the first completed client invoice.
Expectations:
Immediate results with at least 4–5 new clients secured per month.
Strong understanding of 3PL services and the ability to sell their value effectively.
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running without extensive training.
