Job Summary
Design Windows and Doors, Inc. has been a leader in the residential window and door replacement industry for nearly 20 years.
We are looking for one highly experienced in-home window and door salesperson to join our team.
What's In It for You?
Base pay + Commission + Bonus + Mileage Reimbursement: The right person will earn $120k plus. The person we are replacing earned $170k the last two years before he retired.
Massive product offering: We sell vinyl, wood, aluminum, aluminum wood-clad, and steel windows. We also sell fiberglass, custom wood, steel, and custom iron doors. With a huge product offering like this, every lead has the potential to become your customer.
Two days off in a row: We believe in work/life balance. So you will get every Sunday and Monday off.
Qualified Appointments: We market heavily and have three dedicated appointment setters that work to fill your calendar each and every day.
No Late Appointments: We book 10 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm appointments. No 6 pm or 7 pm appointments. No getting home at midnight, missing your family in the evenings, etc.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits available after 60 days. 401(k) with matching as well.
Paid Time Off: One week of PTO is earned every year.

Minimum 5 Years Window/Door In-Home Sales Experience: We will not train an unexperienced rep at this time. Your experience must be recent and contiguous.
Firm understanding of products and offerings: You should be familiar with selling all kinds of windows and doors. If you don't understand the difference between wood, vinyl, and aluminum clad windows, and are unsure how to sell each, then this isn't the gig for you.
Proven Track Record: You will need to demonstrate to us that you have the experience and skill we're looking for. Impress us with your achievements, awards, etc.
Ability to Build Value and Close: We aren't the most expensive option out there, but we aren't the cheapest either. We offer amazing quality products, top-notch installation, and unparalleled customer service. You need to be able to build value in our offering and close the deal.
Willingness to be a team player and follow our system: We have a presentation that we require you to utilize in the home. It's proven and it works. The right candidate will be coachable, willing to learn, and wants to be a part of a winning team.
