What You’ll Do:
Meet with pre-qualified residential and light-commercial leads set by our inside team.
Conduct in-home comfort consultations: assess customer needs, recommend appropriate HVAC systems or upgrades.
Present proposals, explain financing options, and close sales on the spot.
Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up to ensure a smooth handoff to installation teams.
Achieve monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
HVAC industry knowledge: understanding of heating & cooling systems (split systems, ductless, heat pumps, IAQ products, efficiency ratings, rebate programs).
Ability to read and explain estimates, basic load calculations, and ROI/energy-savings benefits.
Strong consultative selling skills—listening, diagnosing customer pain points, and providing solutions.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with a lead-closing environment.
Requirements:
2+ years of HVAC sales or related in-home sales experience (plumbing, solar, roofing, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed to meet homeowners.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay + commission OR straight commission—your choice after training.
Typical HVAC residential sales commissions: Base or Commissions, Minimum $1000 per week with daily Incentives
High earners commonly make $120K–$250K+ annually when closing company-generated leads.
Bonuses for hitting monthly targets, plus company vehicle/gas allowance (if applicable).
