Commercial Fleet Solution is a leading provider in the tire and fleet service industry.
We’re looking for a motivated salesman to join our team in the San Bernardino
Riverside area.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Spanish speaking candidate with sales experience, preferably in the tire
industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills in
Spanish and English. Knowledge of Punjabi is a bonus. This role involves working
with a target-based commission structure in addition to base salary, with
potential for future career growth based on demonstrated performance.
Job Requirements:
- Location: San Bernardino Riverside area
- Driver’s License: Valid
- Sales Experience: Required; experience in the tire industry is advantageous
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (Punjabi is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales targets (number of tires sold) to qualify for commission
- Conduct official visits to customers as needed
