Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves installing and repairing chemical dispensing equipment at customer sites, providing exceptional service and support to maintain accounts, and making small deliveries as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Installation & Repair
o Install, maintain, and troubleshoot company equipment at customer locations.
o Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure reliable operation.
Customer Service & Account Support
o Build positive relationships with customers by delivering responsive and professional service.
o Address service-related questions or concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
o Document service activities and update account records as needed.
Delivery Support
o Make timely and accurate deliveries of parts, equipment, or small products to customers within the service area.
o Maintain delivery logs and ensure proper handling of materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications a plus.
Proven experience in a service or technical role preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environments.
