Candidate should have good communication skills, handyman skills, clean record, and be able to work unsupervised and have some experience in carpentry, dry wall repair, light electrical, plumbing, and painting. Applicant must have own tools. Must be able to bend & lift 50 pounds. Must be available to work 6 PM to Midnight. Will consider a candidate who wishes to work Part Time Evenings.
