Facility and Maintenance Work Order Coordinator

Join our team as a Facility and Maintenance Work Order Coordinator where you'll assist in the coordination of work orders to maintain and repair commercial facilities across the nation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Customer Coordination: Collaborate with multiple clients to schedule, prioritize, and execute maintenance and emergency work orders efficiently. Prepare and submit proposals to customers for maintenance projects.

- Service Excellence: Ensure that all service requests and preventive maintenance tasks are completed with high quality and in a timely manner.

- Vendor and Contractor Liaison: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing the bidding process and ensuring projects are completed to specification.

- Compliance and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to all local safety codes, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

Job Requirements:

- Organization Skills: Must possess exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of work orders effectively.

- Communication: Must be comfortable and proficient with phone and email communication to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.

- Experience: Knowledge of construction practices is a significant advantage. No specific experience is required.

- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

- Legal Work Status: Must be legally allowed to work in California.

- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Demonstrate the ability to be resourceful, finding solutions project challenges.

- Availability: M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week in our Montclair, CA location. Must occasionally be available for after-hours emergencies.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Wages: Starting at $24 per hour. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
