This is a remote position.Key Responsibilities :Accurately input data into systems, spreadsheets, or databases.Verify the accuracy of data to ensure it aligns with company standards.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.Organize and categorize files for efficient data retrieval.Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and productivity targets.Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify data details.Requirements :High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Proven experience in data entry or similar role.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and / or Google Workspace.Familiarity with data entry tools and CRM systems is a plus.Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
