Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the construction industry, located in Irvine, California. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with providing administrative support, handling data entry tasks, and assisting with HR-related duties. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR department including but not limited to document control and internal communications. Handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Review resumes and assist in the recruitment process. Assist with benefits administration, ensuring all employee benefits are processed and recorded accurately. Process paperwork including I9 forms and reports. Maintain effective communication with customers through email correspondence and inbound/outbound calls. Schedule appointments and manage calendars as necessary. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to complete tasks and projects. Provide support in HR administration and the real estate industry. Ensure customer service standards are upheld, resolving customer inquiries as they arise. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Strong customer service skills and experience Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency Experience in email correspondence and schedule management Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Benefits Administration Familiarity with the Real Estate industry would be beneficial Ability to schedule appointments effectively Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
