Analytics Job Description – Data AnalystThe Media, Insights, & Analytics team is growing. The Data Analyst is responsible for working hand in hand with media planners, social media managers, account managers, and brand managers to set up tracking, manage reports , develop insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:

Generate monthly campaign performance reports to deliver to internal stakeholders

Understand media tagging and QA process and ensure proper media tracking and ad serving

Experience with DCM

Analyze data and develop insights and recommendations based on the data

Establish KPIs and evaluate benchmarks

Roles and Responsibilities: Measuremento Partner with media and social team to create measurement framework by understanding client goalso Establish KPIs and evaluate benchmarks Reporting:o Generate monthly campaign performance reports to deliver to internal stakeholderso Extract and organize data from multiple data sources from internal and external stakeholders ( media, social, paid search, website , etc)o Create data visualizations for use in reportso Analyze data and develop insights and recommendations based on the data Taggingo Understand media tagging and QA processo Ensure proper media tracking and ad serving. QA all click-throughs and conversionso Work with media team to create CIDs/UTMs to track activity Required Platform Experience:o Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPointo Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analyticso DCM/Campaign Manager 360o Looker Studio or other dashboard and data visualization tools Other Platform Experience Preferred but not Required:o P owerBIo Social Media Campaign Management Tools (Meta and LinkedIn)o SEM Rush Other Success Factors:o Knowledge of data sets and platforms and how they tie togethero Entrepreneurial mindset – contribute to energized discussions on expanding business possibilities with data, and identify ways to improve processeso Embrace collaboration with internal team members to deliver solutionso Confident presenter of content to internal teams and external clientsJob Requirements: 3+ years’ experience Media agency background is preferred but not requiredAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
