As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.Responsible for providing first level service and support (analyze, design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain) for IT infrastructure solutions and/or shared services enterprise systems.You will make an impact by Provide support and troubleshooting of issues/incidents; ticket management; Participate in maintenance and upgrade activities on IT Infrastructure and/or Enterprise Applications. Serve as the technical resource in administration and operations of systems Maintain device, network and/or systems documentation Other incidental dutiesWhat you'll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Information systems and technologyPrevious Troubleshooting and networking switching and routing experienceWhat else we look for (Preferred) Good problem solving skills Good understanding of troubleshooting techniques with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies Good organization and time management skills Good verbal and written communication skills and customer focused skills Experience drafting technical documentation Good knowledge of IT technologies (e.g. configuring equipment, network addressing, routing, VoIP, BC/DR, server admin, server and desktop virtualization, storage, email, database management, and application support.) Good knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Win Servers, Client, Unix) facilities such as file management, system and application security Good knowledge of system administration or configuration. Strict attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California, the base pay range for this position is $56,000 to $80,000(highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
