We are seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive Director. This role requires excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs, and serves as a thought partner to ensure priorities and operations run seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and key initiatives.Operational & Strategic SupportServe as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.Assist in preparing for leadership meetings, presentations, and eventsConduct research, gather data, and draft summaries or proposals as needed.Support special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.Communication & CultureDraft professional communications, manage inbox priorities, and maintain confidentiality.Help organize team engagement initiatives and support culture-building efforts.Represent with professionalism and alignment to brand values.Process & Project ManagementImplement and improve systems for tracking tasks, commitments, and goals.Monitor and follow up on team deliverables related to executive or organizational goals.Provide support on cross-functional projects as needed.
