Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a FSM/EAM Project Manager in the industry of Field Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management solutions, located in the Orange County, California area. The role involves leading the implementation of Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, managing all aspects of the program and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives. Responsibilities: Design and implement a comprehensive field service program strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and IT strategies. Manage cross-functional teams to oversee the system configurations, customizations, and third-party integrations of FSM and EAM platforms, ensuring system integrity and scalability. Effectively manage the program budget, timelines, and resources, emphasizing efficient allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders such as Maintenance & Field IT Tech leadership to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Develop change management and user adoption strategies, including providing training and support for end-users. Continually monitor and report on program performance, including KPIs and success metrics, to stakeholders and senior management. Stay updated with program updates, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Provide leadership and oversight to the assigned team of Project Managers, FSM Administrators, and FSM Developers. Implement FSM or EAM solutions such as Maximo, ServiceNow, Oracle EAM, and others to support business operations. Leverage strong project management skills to drive successful implementations.Requirements Must possess extensive knowledge and experience in Field Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role is required. Demonstrated experience in project implementation is essential. Proficiency in ServiceNow implementation and the ServiceNow platform is required. Familiarity with IBM Maximo and Oracle Enterprise Manager is a must. Experience in Maximo is necessary. Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Must hold relevant certifications in Project Management. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity. Ability to travel as needed for project implementation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
