Description Seeking for a Help Desk Analyst with extensive Windows and MAC support experience. Requirements What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Supporting 200 end user
10-15 tickets daily
70% of tickets come through the phone, 30% come through Zendesk
Deskside and remote user support (primarily remote support)
End users are internal employees
Phone support – Android and iOS
Adding and deleting new users
Printer issues
Workstation set-up
Wi-Fi connectivity issues
Password resets
Must-haves:
Active Directory
Extensive Windows and MAC Support experience
Basic End User Support
Ticketing experience (Client utilizes ZenDesk)
Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
Excellent Customer Service (Will be supporting C-Level Executives)
