DescriptionOfficeTeam currently has a fantastic opportunity for a studious and driven Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be in charge of a wide variety of tasks, including owning a number of different personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This opening is based in the Irvine, California area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.Key responsibilitiesPreside over employee database records

Partake in planning new employee orientation meetings

Manage a number of administrative duties

Explore the internet to locate potential customers

RequirementsDesire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Well-founded grasp of benefits administration

Deep understanding of HR Payroll System

Full Cycle Recruiting experience required

Practical knowledge of Excel Formulas

Proven knowledge of New Hire Orientations

Employee Training experience

Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration

Quality experience with Pivot Table

Approved Timesheets experience preferred

General familiarity with Microsoft Excel

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
