Come join our highly successful and rapidly growing team of RF engineers and develop industry-leading products while advancing your career at the same time!We are looking for a highly motivated IC Design and Verification Engineer to contribute to Diversity Receive (DRX) designs. You will work with other analog/RF IC and module designers for simulation and making measurement of IC. Responsibilities

RF switch design, development and verification using Cadence tool.

Full RF SW design analysis based on product specifications and reliability.

Generate RF top verification bench using Cadence.

On-wafer level and board level measurement in lab using spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator; measurement automation and evaluation board design skill will be beneficial.

Test structure design for on-wafer level measurement; experience TestChip layout will be useful.

Required Experience and Skills

BSEE and 8 years of work experience required, MSEE preferred.

Knowledge and experience with RF related layout especially for High Power Switches and couplers.

Familiar with using Cadence virtuoso with experience in schematic editing.

Must have experience and knowhow of using Spectre, APS, AFS, EMX (and or HFSS).

Familiar with Hierarchy Editor.

Knowledge of ADEXL.

Experience with Smith chart, load and source pulling, RF matching, transmission lines in both simulation and lab environment.

Familiar with Virtuoso layout editor.

Experience layout and test structure designs

Familiar with the different analysis types including but not limited to S Parameter, Harmonic Balance, Transient, AC, DC.

Ability to sort through data and present data in a concise manner.

Desired Experience and Skills

Familiar with lab equipment such as Spectrum analyzer, Network analyzer, Signal generator, Oscilloscopes, DC power supply, etc.

Familiarity with taking lab measurements like Gain, Noise Figure, Harmonics, IP3, etc.

Knowledge of using Ocean scripts to automate simulations.

Knowledge to deal with convergence issues.

Ability to use Excel, Power Point and Word

#LI-NS1Referral Bonus Program Reward (if eligible): $6,000.00 The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $112,500 - $215,900 per year . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
