Intake Specialist, Call Center Representative

We're currently seeking Full-Time Intake Specialists to join our team at our Irvine, CA office. Experience flexible hours, great perks, and the opportunity to be a part of an organization that's consistently recognized as one of the top workplaces! Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 300 to 500 daily.

Evaluate and screen prospective customers seeking enrollment in our financial programs.

Utilize prescribed scripts and training materials to effectively handle objections and furnish detailed information.

Set and attain targets while meeting defined benchmarks for success.

Excel in a fast-paced setting, showcasing strong organizational skills.

Foster teamwork by actively participating in team activities, competitions, and incentive programs.

Qualifications:

Have at least 6 months of experience in a call center or a role involving handling high call volumes (e.g., front desk).

Able to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office ( Remote work is not an option ).

Familiarity with the necessary technology for managing leads and documenting conversations.

Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

Interested in compensation? As an Intake Specialist, you'll receive a base pay of $18.00 per hour, along with commission for every lead successfully converted into a new customer.
