Description Overview:As a Manager, you'll oversee the management of data analytics projects and teams at our confidential company. You'll coordinate resources and personnel to support and expand our data warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for business needs.Responsibilities:
Manage daily activities of the BI and data warehouse team.
Lead team in developing data mining models and new data warehouses.
Develop processes for day-to-day operations and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to expand data solutions.
Establish enterprise-wide standards for reporting and data governance.
Train team on BI tools, SQL, and data documentation.
Manage project risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
Top Requirements:
Proficient in SQL and data modeling.
Proficient in MS Power BI and other ETL reporting tools.
Experience managing or leading teams.
Exposure to Azure (Nice to have).
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
Technical understanding of database infrastructure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
