At the heart of this effort is Rooted, a 10-week small group experience that transforms individual lives and church communities by helping participants build spiritual rhythms and authentic relationships. Rooted Network supports church leaders by providing proven tools to cultivate lasting life change.The Marketing Director leads and executes the Rooted Network’s brand and marketing strategy, expanding its reach in the church discipleship space and driving engagement with its resources.Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on brand growth and influence.Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase awareness and adoption of Rooted Network products.Oversee content strategy across blogs, email, and social media—aligning messaging with product launches and ministry seasons.Collaborate with the Digital Strategist and Information Systems Director to measure and optimize key marketing metrics.Manage external vendors and creative partners to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.Lead storytelling efforts that inspire churches to adopt Rooted Network’s discipleship strategy.Maintain the content calendar and coordinate communication with other ministries and churches.Track marketing expenses and manage budgets in alignment with financial goals.Support website strategy and coordinate with development contractors.Supervise the Digital Strategist in content creation and social media engagement.Assist Rooted Network Coaches with event planning and logistics.
