Edwards Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives. Join our team and make your mark as we work to change the standard of care for millions of patients suffering from the effects of valvular heart disease.The Product Manager, TMTT Repair Technology, is responsible for leading patient-focused innovation through:

driving all aspects of product development from project inception through first commercial launch;

documenting and managing the product development process for new products and technologies in order to achieve and maintain market leadership; and

applying expertise in developing and planning marketing programs and activities to identify future needs and better serve physicians and their patients.

How you will make an impact:

Provide direction to technical project teams based on a thorough understanding of internal and external device and market dynamics (e.g., product functionality, lifecycle, voice of customer research, clinical evidence)

Design market research and intelligence strategies for a highly visible product line

Build trust with key thought leaders to anticipate future market environment and unmet needs

Collect, analyze, and interpret voice of customer research to define product requirements

Design, collect, and interpret market research and voice-of-customer (VOC) strategies in order to define unmet needs and product requirements for early-stage product lines

Create business case for products and therapies by defining market size, disease prevalence, and portfolio fit

Demonstrate a complete understanding of medical device product development process, technical features of product(s), and clinical environment

Drive results by executing cross-functional marketing programs from inception to completion

Evolve product pipeline and drive alignment by effectively collaborating with cross-functional partners, especially R&D peers

Identify, track, predict, and prepare for the onset of new competitors including adjacent players

Define differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging for product line

Partner with external market research vendors and creative agencies for development of product images, animations, and naming

Review design control documents and labeling through Marketing lens to ensure accuracy and timely execution

Engage with US and OUS commercial teams to coordinate efforts and drive adoption of products

What you will need (Required):

Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in a quantitative field); MBA is preferred

Minimum 5 years of work experience in medical device industry; or 3 years with Master’s degree

Experience in medical device or healthcare industry is preferred

Cardiology experience, especially developing catheter-based devices

Domestic and international travel up to 25%
