Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Production Associate, where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing diamond blades and core bits for the construction, stone, and mining industries. This position offers a starting wage of $18/hr on the 1st shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday), with opportunities for overtime, including Saturday shifts. You will be cross-trained in various areas such as dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, and stamping. Flexibility and teamwork are essential as you will shift between different production roles and locations as needed.Hard Skills
Train to use tensioning machine and outside grinding
Work with large blades and heavy lifting (50+ lbs)
Operate multiple machines and cross-train with polishing machine
Radius grinding with hand dexterity for small parts
Material picking to feed production line
Laser welding machine operation
Measure and cut arbor holes using laser cutter or machine
Basic math skills
Mechanical aptitude
Basic computer skills with experience using Windows applications

The conditions include erratic temperature control (hot in summer, cold in winter), noise, dust, and other particles. You must be able to frequently lift up to 35 lbs, stand/sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing.
