Regional Sales Manager

(Job Description)Truss and EWP (Engineered Wood Products) manufacturing company is looking to hire for a Construction Sales candidate who is looking to further their career into a Regional Sales Manager role. This candidate will be traveling up to 50% within the first 2 years. Must have the ability to communicate construction products and materials to knowledgeable customers & clients in the industry. This individual must be a self-starter and be comfortable with working with customers in different West Region states.Pay - $75k/yr. (set final pay rate)Location - Fully Remote BUT must reside in West Region (WA, OR, CA, ID, UT, NV, or AZ)(Summary of Key Responsibilities)

Expected travel for the first 2 years is 50% and at home office 50%

Travel to and conduct jobsite reviews for proper installation of Company products and problem solving.

Maintain and build current customer/client portfolio.

Conduct product knowledge training with sales teams, architects, engineers, building officials and builders on installation, specifications and best practices.

Comfortable with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.

Familiar with engineering software.

(Qualification Requirements)Considering West Region Applicants who are residing in WA, OR, CA, ID, UT, NV, or AZ

5+ years of construction Sales experience within the following industry: Construction and/or EWP (Engineered Wood Products) - Mandatory requirement as this individual is expected to be knowledgeable in the Wood Truss products.

Ability to comfortably read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Energetic, self starter mentality.

Ability to effectively communicate

Open to travel 50% of the time to different West Region states.
