Lead, mentor team of software engineers; foster a collaborative team environment and ensure alignment with the product roadmap and business objectives for the product; team members may be from KPMG and/or an external partner

Collaborate with product owners and product managers on development prioritization and delivery timelines; and defining technical requirements that meet business needs

Design, code, test, debug, and document software, and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needs; conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines

Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of experience developing multi-tier enterprise applications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

Proven experience as a technical lead in full stack development working with .NET, Azure and other technologies aligned with the Microsoft technology stack; Demonstrates industry/domain knowledge based on prior project experience; specific experience in the asset management industry helpful

Core technology background should include strong programming experience with Angular, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, Asp.Net / WebAPI, .Net Core, WCF and WPF, Azure; Working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript, Knockout JS, SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web API, Kendo Controls, HTML5, Media Query, Bootstrap, Responsive Design, JSON; Data engineering and ETL experience (Azure Data Factory, SSIS), VSTS Java skills

Experience designing and implementing application development and deployment best practices - code quality tools; branching strategies; deployment across multiple environments; etc.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to navigate between solution design and detailed technical troubleshooting efforts; capacity to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to communicate across various levels (200TEC)
