You will work closely with engineers, architects, security, and other cross functional teams to develop and launch new products and services, overseeing and synchronizing efforts across departmental initiatives. You will collaborate with department managers to prepare and present new product proposals and enhancements that align with quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Additionally, you will use your product management experience and deep understanding of agile best practices to contribute to the bank’s growth strategy, focusing on both Microsoft Azure initiatives and Private Cloud initiatives.

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cloud Operations. Align product goals with business objectives.

Collaborate with engineering, security, and other cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Engage with stakeholders, engineering teams, and internal customers to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

Implement and promote Agile best practices within the product development process. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Support Cloud Ops teams in the development and management their product backlogs, ensuring it is prioritized according to the product roadmap and that projects are completed on schedule.

Offer guidance and support to the engineering teams, leveraging your understanding of the product’s technical aspects to assist them in making informed decisions.

Establish key success metrics and share updates on product development and progress.

Model and exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration in working with others.

Support Cloud Ops teams in the development and management their product backlogs, ensuring it is prioritized according to the product roadmap and that projects are completed on schedule.

Offer guidance and support to the engineering teams, leveraging your understanding of the product’s technical aspects to assist them in making informed decisions.

Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.

Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.

Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.

May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred

Master's Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred

7-10 years of product management, software engineering, information technology, or banking experience combined required.

Extensive ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. This includes demonstrated project leadership of product development teams, comprised of cross-functional experts, marketing colleagues and vendors.

Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and tools. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Extensive written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and project management skills. Ability to train and present to small and large audiences. Ability to present findings and recommendations to the most senior levels of the organization.

Extensive ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners to achieve positive customers experience and timely problem resolution.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices

Extensive product development concepts and practices, product lines and potential applications, and customer requirements.

The pay range for this role is $76,603.59 to $130,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
