Conduct job readiness and job search workshops to motivate participants and help them develop skills so they can get back into the workforce.

Develop and prepare training materials and lesson plans

Provide counseling, job coaching, and job search assistance

Works with Case Managers to facilitate job search and maximize retention for each client

Other related duties

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent related job experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook)

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, must have a high level of providing customer service

Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies and initiatives to maximize IP contract revenue and market awareness. Sales CRM Tools: Manage and maintain the sales CRM and lead capture systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information and lead data. Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and increase BrainChip’s IP adoption in the US market. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market needs and customer satisfaction.
