As a Talent Development Specialist - Career Consultant you will be responsible for helping people get back into the workforce. Conduct job readiness and job search workshops to motivate participants and help them develop skills so they can get back into the workforce.
Develop and prepare training materials and lesson plans
Provide counseling, job coaching, and job search assistance
Works with Case Managers to facilitate job search and maximize retention for each client

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent related job experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, must have a high level of providing customer service
