Property Manager

Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to lead our property management team. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial management. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership abilities and a passion for property management.Responsibilities:

Oversee leasing activities, including marketing available units, screening tenants, and negotiating lease agreements

Ensure timely collection of rent payments and pursue delinquent accounts as necessary

Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors, overseeing work orders, and ensuring quality standards are met

Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly

Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, fostering positive tenant relations

Develop and manage property budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for property owners and management

Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and lease agreements

Supervise property management staff and provide guidance, training, and support as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred

Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management, with demonstrated success in managing residential/commercial properties

Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and resolve conflicts

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Active real estate license (if required by state)

CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation is a plus
