Quality Control Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified Quality Control Manager to oversee a project in Livermore, CA. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of QCM experience with the majority of it supporting federal projects.Responsibilities:Design: Provide review of all design documents, ASI's and RFI's to ensure coordination of all Trades/disciplines and ensure no conflicts with current IFC drawings. Assist project management team with document control.Submittals: Review all submittals for signature. Submittals will be reviewed by the Superintendents/project managers for completeness, conformance to subcontract scope, formatting and packaging prior to review by QC Manager.Field Inspections: process inspection requests, schedule and manage all special inspectorsMaterial Deliveries: Inspect and log all material deliveriesSite Observations: conduct daily site walks to ensure conformance of work in place, material storage and inspections with contract documents. Interact with client QA (Engineering Tech) to ensure conformance to approved CQC Plan.QC Program: update CQC Plan as necessary for changing project conditions. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager

Minimum of 5 years of construction experience supporting Federal projects

OSHA 30 - EM 385

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience with modular construction null
