Roto-Rooter is looking for an outside sales representative who will conduct territory sales of our water restorations services. The successful candidate will convey and promote our commercial and residential services to homeowners, business owners, and their insurance agents for properties that have been damaged by water. You will be a first responder for our company to inspect the site and present established solutions to the customer. You will be the point of contact for customers and insurance agents throughout the duration of each project. You will be expected to ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to the customer’s satisfaction. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
A Working knowledge of common software programs.
Knowledge of Xactimate or similar software is helpful.
Previous outside sales experience in the service industry is desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered.
Plumbing experience is not necessary or required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
