Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour.(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).Visually observes chicken for bruises, grades each chicken on the production line and re-hangs chicken separating them based on the overall quality of the chicken.Must be able to make decisions on the quality of the chicken to grade or send for cut up.Repetitive grasping, lifting up to 5 lbs, pushing pulling, reaching required.Other duties as assigned.
