This position is part of the Manufacturing Production Support team and will be onsite in Lodi, CA. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Create and maintain SAP master data in support of Operations. This includes but not limited to supporting business functions: engineering, supply chain, finance, and MFG. Provide timely and accurate data maintenance, as well as meeting target service levels for new production introduction and changes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely and accurate completion of master data. Become subject matter expert to identify process improvements, accurate submissions, and become point of contact for Operations.
Develop and monitor functional area metrics identifying master data errors to timely correction/remediation, and work to identify new tools and processes (reports/business rules, training) to proactively identify and prevent errors.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment (inventory management or SAP or cycle counting)
At least 2 years of experience working in a regulated industry/environment (GMP, ISO, FDA)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Thorough understanding of SAP master data principles
Understanding of business operations and general manufacturing practices

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
