As the Data Entry Clerk, you will complete various accounting and finance support tasks, including accurately entering significant amounts of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases. This long-term contract / temporary to hire Data Entry Clerk position is in Long Beach, California.Major responsibilities
Detecting flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents
Working with highly confidential materials
Completing additional tasks as needed
Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
Preparing data for computer entry by assembling and organizing information; creating entry priorities
Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes
Supporting the company in data entry and other administrative tasks Requirements - Can work independently with minimal supervision
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Driver settlement
Deep understanding of Time Sheets
Dispatching experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Highly organized and self-motivated
1+ years of relevant experience
High school diploma, GED, or other equivalent
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Perform a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
