Our client, a leading medical device company, is seeking an Instruments Team Lead to join their team. As an Instruments Team Lead, you will be part of the instrument processing department supporting the instrument team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality assurance, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Instruments Team LeadLocation: Long Beach, CAPay Range: $22-$32/hrWhat's the Job?
Provide direction to instrument processing personnel to ensure quality and efficiency of processing operations
Complete all related documentation and perform all instrument technician activities where needed
Provide coaching and encouragement to all team members
Ensure all instrument processing activities are performed according to ANSI/AAMI Standards and published SPSA Work Instructions (WI’s) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Other duties as assigned
