Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Long Beach, California. This role is essential within our team, with a focus on managing transactions and maintaining financial records. Responsibilities: Handle and manage approximately 6,000 transactions using Quickbooks Online. Use our truck load management software to synchronize data with Quickbooks. Prepare and manage Profit and Loss statements. Apply prior experience in the trucking industry to execute accounting tasks. Work onsite from Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 5PM. Handle the transition of our office move effectively. Manage business, banking, cash, and corporate transactions accurately and efficiently. Requirements Applicant should hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of accounting. Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online is essential. Ability to handle various types of business transactions is required. Familiarity and experience with banking transactions are necessary. Should be adept at managing cash transactions. Experience in dealing with corporate transactions is a must.
