PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR RECENT COLLEGE GRAD WITH ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE DEGREE
Daily AR tasks using Encompass ERP system and QuickBooks Premier Plus Desktop. Training available for Encompass and must have in depth working knowledge of QuickBooks desktop. Responsibility include: Managing Accounts Receivable Process, Executing Billbacks, Collections Communication with Clients and Sales Team, Supporting Operations Team with Inventory Reconciliations, Order Entry, Filing and Manages Small Claims Actions. for . 8:30am -5:30pm M-F.
