We are looking for a Assitant finance Clerk who is computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Print/type Finace Documents
Track and Mail Documents
Collect payments
Package/Upload documents for funding
Assist Sales Manager with paper trail
Scan and upload deal jackets
Verify and update data
Answer phones
Call customers
Sort, Organize paperwork and file.
Perform other general office tasks
Requirements:
Experience in a dealership is a plus
Must have fast typing skills and be computer literate
Excellent Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
Working Knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
Sales License
