Our client, an Acton based Construction company, is seeking a detailed Bookkeeper that will manage all bookkeeping and accounting activities using Sage 100 Contractor.
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm OR 8:00am-5:00pm
$30.00-$50.00/hour + Benefits
Responsibilities:
Oversee bank reconciliation.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Enter vendor expenses.
Prepare bank statements.
Prepare client and customer invoices.
Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a Bookkeeping role
Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor required
Well versed in private and public works
Job Costing experience
