Position Summary: The Bookkeeper is responsible for excellent customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized, and strong bookkeeping skills.
Essential Job Description:
1. Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
2. Reconcile bank accounts at the end of each month.
3. Monitor financial transactions and reports.
4. Process schedules of accounts receivable, prepaid expenses and other assets and liabilities.
5. Process check runs.
6. Understand ledgers.
7. Work with an accountant when necessary.
8. Processing business expenses.
9. Assist with data entries and data processing
10. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
