Makan Yacht Group is in need of a qualified bookkeeper to join our team!
This position is fully remote.
You will be responsible for the following:
-Reconciling all accounts
-Reviewing and categorizing all incoming transactions
-Working with the accounting and HR team to ensure invoicing is completed properly
-Backup for answering client calls- may need to cover phone lines and assist other admin staff with phone calls
-Running internal reports for expenses and audit reports for transactions
-Assist in placing parts orders as needed
Experience we would like you to bring to the role:
-At least two years of experience with bookkeeping or accounting
-Familiarity with Quickbooks software
-At least two years of customer service experience
-Willing to work fully remote
This position is full-time, non-exempt. Employees will be eligible to receive health insurance and retirement account benefits after 60 days of employment. Benefits include sick pay, vacation pay, and expense reimbursement if needed.
This position will primarily be Monday through Friday with weekend work needed occasionally.
