We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual to work with our office staff in a variety of bookkeeping activities. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, good organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Previous experience with bookkeeping in an office environment is required, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks.
Experience with the ERP program Odoo is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. We are a bilingual work environment.
Experience in the nursery industry or wholesale sales industry is a plus.
Full time hours will be available to candidates able to be trained in our employee management systems and, therefore, able to manage parts of our operation.
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our location at 19121 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance. This is not a remote job.
Compensation based on experience.
