Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Collaborate with team members to support financial operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper/accountant, preferably in the real estate industry
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule:
Part-time (flexible hours, approximately [8] hours per week)
