Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax preparation, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Duties:
Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
Review financial records such as income statements and documentation to determine forms needed to prepare taxes
Utilize accounting software to accurately complete tax returns
Experience:
10+ years experience with all Tax Entities (Individual, Corporate, Partnerships, Fiduciary, and Non-profits)
Technical accounting proficiency
Deep knowledge of accounting software (Lacerte and QuickBooks)
Enrolled Agent or Semi Retired CPA
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20-40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
