We’re seeking a detail-oriented AR specialist with extensive experience in collections, reconciliation, and aging reports. In this position, you will take ownership of the full collections cycle—locating and contacting customers with delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and documenting all communication and follow-up actions. Your ability to communicate clearly, review contract terms with customers, and maintain professionalism in sensitive financial conversations will be essential to your success.
You will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance to minimize financial risk, resolve outstanding issues, and ensure accurate reporting. This role also includes preparing account analyses, answering AR inquiries, updating accounts through calls and written correspondence, and maintaining organized records and documentation.
Additional responsibilities include processing new part numbers in the Oracle Item Inventory Module and contributing to special projects and department initiatives.
