Busy property management company seeking a qualified candidate with some bookkeeping experience, have a great attitude, be highly organized, pay attention to detail, strong communication skills and work ethics, and be able to disseminate information to others effectively and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must understand accounting and bookkeeping

Data entry

Filing

Copying, faxing, Scanning, etc.

Keeping track of bank transactions

Incoming phone calls and e-mails

Opening and distributing incoming mail

Ordering supplies and managing supply inventory

E-mail correspondence

Accounting Administration, such as sealing and stamping checks
