Office Manager

Thirty-five year old and family owned machine shop in Huntington Park is looking for an in-office, long term Office Manager with knowledge in AP, AR and HR. Bilingual, English/Spanish would be helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Manage HR responsibilities

- Manage all businesses accounting / banking concerns (ie. AP, AR banking deposits, reconciliations)

- Provide support to CPA for tax reporting

- Manage licensing and permits, keeping up to date

- Process bi-weekly payroll

- Report /record company data

- Maintain organization of company documents

- Advanced use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Software

- Manage Workman’s Compensation accounts / renewal

- Maintain work calendar of events

- Create reports on profit / loss of each job

- Process sales tax filing

- Assist with all other company needs

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in Office Management

- Must be available 40 hours per week, 7am - 4pm

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Outstanding leadership skills

- Be a team player
