We are a small Law Office looking for a part time Bookkeeper A/P A/R for approx. 20-25 Hrs a week.
Qualifications:
Three years of Bookkeeping experience /Quickbooks and Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with “Sage Timeslips” software helpful
Bilingual (Spanish) helpful
Responsibilities:
Full Charge Bookkeeping
Manage A/R and A/P
Reconcile monthly statements
Payroll and Payroll Taxes thru QB
Client Billing and enter expenses
Provide clerical and administrative support, as needed
